This will without a doubt be the best queso you’ve ever made. And if you’ve never made queso before, look no further. In just a couple of minutes you will have a seriously cheesy and delicious cheese sauce. We’ve enjoyed making guacamole for as long as we’ve known each other, and now we have the killer queso to go along with it.
We’ve tested many cheese combinations to master our recipe. Chihuahua cheese is the clear winner. We can’t go a week without making it now! It’s so easy – our favorite time to make it is when we get home from the bars on the weekend. It’s also perfect for just snacking on while making dinner or relaxing during the week. It goes without saying, this is also a must add with any of your Mexican favorites. You get the point – we’re obsessed and you will be, too.
