Low Carb Buffalo Shrimp
In our household, we LOVE seafood, especially shellfish. My favorite way to prepare shellfish is to deep fry it. I know, I know… so unhealthy. But there’s nothing better than fried softshell crab, friend lobster bites, or fried shrimp. Since going on the low carb diet, I haven’t been able to enjoy fried shrimp like I used to. These low carb buffalo shrimp are a game changer.
I swear by this low carb breading. It’s light, but sticks to everything really well. It’s easy to add flavor to the egg wash too!
If you don’t like buffalo sauce or spicy food, you can of course hold the sauce. But if you do like buffalo, I would highly recommend trying it on shrimp.
Let’s get started!
