Easy, Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower
Cauliflower is honestly a new thing for us. I never necessarily disliked cauliflower… I just didn’t really crave it as a vegetable. We’ve had a couple other cauliflower recipes do really well with you all. You can check out our most popular cauliflower (Cauliflower Mac And Cheese) here. I think this recipe for Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower just might be the next big thing.
It’s so simple, that it’ll be making its way onto your weekly menu after your first time making it. With only a few steps and a couple ingredients, you’ll have a flavorful side dish that can stand the test of time. If you’re a vegetarian, I think this could be a fantastic main dish, as well!
There are plenty of brands of already made buffalo sauce that you can use for this recipe. Although, we decided to make our own this time. It’s so easy to control the level of spice and flavor. Don’t be intimidated, though! Making your own buffalo sauce really only requires two ingredients: bottled hot sauce and butter. If its not spicy enough, you can add cayenne to give it more of a kick. If you want another flavor, garlic powder is great in buffalo as well!
Fun tip: If your sauce is just a bit too spicy, add a teaspoon of heavy cream to it, and taste again. Add more if necessary.
Let’s get started!
