Easy 3 Cheese Mac N Cheese
Sunday Funday has taken on an entirely new meaning for us. While Sunday’s used to be dedicated to brunching at our favorite restaurant, we’ve recently turned to dedicated the day to making comfort food. This 3 Cheese Mac N Cheese did not disappoint.
The best part about this recipe? It’s. So. Easy. With just a few ingredients, you’ll have a side dish that will steal the spotlight every time.
We originally weren’t going to share this recipe, but we posted it on our Instagram account and were taken by surprise by all of the people wanting the recipe, so here it is.
Let’s get started.
3 Cheese Mac n Cheese
This easy recipe for mac n cheese is quick and fool-proof!
- 1 box spiral noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Cook noodles according to instructions on the box.
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add whipping cream and bring to a slow boil.
Begin to slowly add cheddar cheese while consistently stirring. It should thicken.
Poor cooked noodles into a baking dish. Add half of the mozzarella and parmesan. Stir into the pasta.
Stir in the cheese sauce.
Top with left over cheese. Add more cheddar on top for extra cheesy goodness!
Bake for ten minutes, or until cheese browns on top.
