Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
We have a new obsession in our household: wraps. We’ve been wrapping everything… Chicken, beef, even lamb. It’s such a delicious vehicle and makes for a perfect lunch or dinner! These crispy buffalo chicken wraps work for either.
The chicken breast is deep fried to perfection, covered in buffalo sauce, and the added greens make it taste so fresh. These wraps will be on your weekly rotation, we guarantee it!
We like to make our buffalo sauce at home with hot sauce, butter, and garlic. We like to be able to control the spice level ourselves! But this recipe is just as delicious with your favorite bottled sauce.
Let’s get started!

Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wrap
This crispy buffalo chicken wrap is the perfect lunch time meal! Packed with flavor and greens.
Ingredients
- vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chicken strips
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- lettuce
- ranch
- 2 burrito sized tortillas
- 2 egg whites
Instructions
-
Begin by putting about 1 inch of vegetable oil in a large frying pan. Heat on medium heat.
-
Set up a dredging station with one bowl of the egg whites, and one with the flour and panko, mixed.
-
Dip your chicken strips into the egg white, then the flour mixture, back into the egg whites, and back into the flour. Shake off excess flour.
-
Cook the chicken strips for 2.5 minutes on each side, or until browned and crispy. Be careful not to cook too many at a time and risk overcrowding!
-
Set chicken aside on a wire rack and salt them.
-
In a small sauce pan, heat buffalo sauce on low heat.
-
Warm tortillas.
-
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces and put into the tortillas. Spoon buffalo sauce on top. Add lettuce and drizzle of ranch.
-
Wrap and enjoy!
