This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bob’s Red Mill. All opinions are 100% mine.
This past weekend we had Date Night WIth Bobs! Each weekend, we like to take some time to ourselves and enjoy a homecooked meal together. It’s one of our favorite ways to reconnect after a long work week.
We love easy cooking and have been loving Bob’s Red Mill’s new line of grain-free mixes. We made these Prosciutto Balsamic flatbreads were made using their Grain-Free Flatbread Mix and came out so delicious. These flatbreads are topped with olive oil, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, and a balsamic reduction. It’s a lot easier than it looks and is such a fun dish to make with a significant other. The grain-free mix made it even easier!
They have a great line of grain-free mixes. We usually get our Bob’s Red Mill products from our local Jewel Osco, but you can find them at a lot of local grocery stores. They also have the option to purchase their products directly from their website!
The flatbread was so easy to make – just add water! They’re vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and perfect for those with allergies. Let’s get started!

Begin by making the flatbread dough according to directions on the package. Make two flatbread pizzas using the grain-free dough.
Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and add garlic.
Add mozzarella, then prosciutto, then arugula.
Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until flatbread is browned.
While the pizza is in the oven, put balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and heat on medium until it starts boiling.
Reduce to low heat and let it simmer for about ten minutes.
Drizzle on finished pizza and enjoy!
