This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Bob’s Red Mill. All opinions are 100% mine.
This past weekend we had Date Night WIth Bobs! Each weekend, we like to take some time to ourselves and enjoy a homecooked meal together. It’s one of our favorite ways to reconnect after a long work week.
We love easy cooking and have been loving Bob’s Red Mill’s new line of grain-free mixes. We made these Prosciutto Balsamic flatbreads were made using their Grain-Free Flatbread Mix and came out so delicious. These flatbreads are topped with olive oil, fresh mozzarella, prosciutto, arugula, and a balsamic reduction. It’s a lot easier than it looks and is such a fun dish to make with a significant other. The grain-free mix made it even easier!
They have a great line of grain-free mixes. We usually get our Bob’s Red Mill products from our local Jewel Osco, but you can find them at a lot of local grocery stores. They also have the option to purchase their products directly from their website!
The flatbread was so easy to make – just add water! They’re vegan, paleo, gluten-free, and perfect for those with allergies. Let’s get started!
