During the summer, we absolutely LOVE grilling. We always try to come up with fun recipes that we can easily throw on the grill because the clean-up is so much easier than cooking on the stove! If you guys read our posts, you know that we love recipes that are packed with flavor, and luckily we recently came across Tony Chachere’s line of products!
They have an entire family of products, from seasonings, to sauces, to marinades. It’s perfect for grilling season. The authentic Creole and Cajun flavors that their seasonings give food is unmatched! The Spice n Herbs seasoning paired perfectly with this recipe for Grilled + Marinated Creole Corn.
For this recipe, we used their Spice and Herbs seasoning. When marinating it in the spices, the corn has time to soak up all of the flavors. You get a burst of flavor in each bite and it’s so delicious.
While you have to let the corn marinate for an hour or two, the actual prep and cook time is only about 15 minutes.
We cooked these on a charcoal grill, but electric would work great too! We served the Grilled + Marinated Creole Corn as a side to our BBQ Ribs and it was a huge hit. If you’re looking for other fun grilled recipes, check out this recipe for Grilled Scallop Tostadas.
