Breakfast

Egg In A Bagel Hole

Before working from home, we never made breakfast at home. If anything, we grabbed a piece of fruit or a granola bar on the way out of the house. Since we both started working remotely, we try to work breakfast into our daily lives. Although we do try to make breakfast, that doesn’t mean that I don’t still want it to be quick and easy. This recipe for Egg In A Bagel Hole is exactly that.

Egg In A Bagel Hole

This recipe takes just a few ingredients, takes less than 20 minutes to come together, yet is so delicious. Not only does this make a great work from home breakfast, it would also work wonderfully for entertaining for brunch.

Feel free to cook your Egg In A Bagel Hole to whatever doneness you prefer. We Personally like our eggs to have a runny yolk – especially when cooking with a high quality egg. But feel free to leave it in the oven a few extra minutes if you’d like it firmer.

Egg In A Bagel Hole

We also topped ours with red pepper flakes and chives, but this is totally optional! Feel free to switch up the seasonings and toppings and make it your own.
