This simple chili recipe is low carb, healthy, and has a kick!
Begin by browning ground pork and ground beef in a large skillet with a little salt and pepper.
In a large pot, combine tomatoes (undrained), beef broth, green chilis (undrained), jalapeno, and cayenne pepper. If you don't care about the chili being low carb, feel free to add red kidney beans as well. Bring to a slow boil on medium-low heat.
When the meat is done, drain and add to the large pot. Let simmer for additional 10 minutes.
Top with cheese (optional) and enjoy!
