Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower

  • 1 head of cauliflower chopped into florets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1 dash garlic powder


  1. Begin by boiling water in a medium sized pot.

  2. Turn your oven onto broil, or at minimum 450.

  3. Once boiling, add your cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes, or until mostly done.

  4. Drain your cauliflower and pat dry.

  5. Toss in olive and then spread cooked cauliflower out onto a sheet pan.

  6. Bake for 5 minutes, and flip the cauliflower.

  7. Bake for another 4-5 minutes, or until they start to crisp. Take out and set aside.

  8. In a small saucepan, melt butter.

  9. Add hot sauce and garlic powder, then stir.

  10. Toss cauliflower in buffalo and serve.
