This pecan pie with olive oil crust is the perfect way to impress your guests for Thanksgiving dinner.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour and the salt.
Carefully cut the oil into the mixture using a pie cutter.
Add the milk and mix with a fork.
Roll the dough between two sheets of parchment paper.
Place dough over the top of your pie pan, trim the edges.
Preheat oven to 350. In a new mixing bowl, add the sugar, eggs, butter, corn syrup, vanilla extra, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix well and set aside.
Add pecans into your pie crust and spread as a bottom layer.
Pour the filling on top.
Bake your pie for 25 minutes.
Top with additional pecans and bake for another 25 minutes.
Allow pie to cool. Cut and enjoy!
