Easy Steak Fettuccine Alfredo

This recipe is super simple and is the perfect comfort food now that the months are turning colder! It's easy to make a big batch which makes it great for dinner parties.

  • 1 package fettuccine noodles
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic separated into two parts
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb ribeye steak
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley


  1. Begin by boiling noodles in large pot according to package directions.

  2. Flavor steak in salt, pepper, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and parsley.

  3. Put the steak on the grill, 4-5 minutes each side, or until 145 degrees internal temperature. Cook time will depend on thickness of the steaks.

  4. Set steak aside to rest.

  5. In a small sauce pan, add butter and remaining garlic. Saute until garlic is fragrant.

  6. Add heavy cream and bring to slow boil.

  7. Slowly add mozzarella cheese while continuously stirring.

  8. Slowly add parmesan and continue stirring.

  9. Add salt and pepper.

  10. Cut steak along the grain into strips. Toss with pasta.

  11. Pour sauce over the dish.

  12. Serve and enjoy!
