Prosciutto Balsamic Flatbread With Bob's Red Mill

This Prosciutto Balsamic Flatbread is made so easy when you use Bob's Red Mill Grain-Free Mixes! It's topped with olive oil, garlic, fresh mozzarella, arugula, and an easy balsamic reduction.

  • 1 package Bob's Red Mill Grain-Free Flatbread Mix
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella chunks
  • arugula
  • prosciutto
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vineger


  1. Begin by making the flatbread dough according to directions on the package. Make two flatbread pizzas using the grain-free dough.

  2. Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and add garlic.

  3. Add mozzarella, then prosciutto, then arugula.

  4. Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees, or until flatbread is browned.

  5. While the pizza is in the oven, put balsamic vinegar in a small saucepan and heat on medium until it starts boiling.

  6. Reduce to low heat and let it simmer for about ten minutes.

  7. Drizzle on finished pizza and enjoy!
