Crispy Garlic Parmesan Chicken Thighs

These crispy garlic parmesan chicken thighs are coated in greek yogurt, topped with garlic and parmesan, and broiled for extra crisp!

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 F.

  2. Add chicken thighs and greek yogurt to a large bowl.

  3. Stir until the yogurt is coating all sides of the chicken.

  4. Add the parmesan and garlic. Stir well.

  5. Add half of the parsley.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until internal temp of 165.

  7. Top with additional parmesan and fresh parsley.
