Grilled + Marinated Creole Corn

We’ve partnered with Tony Chachere's to bring you this flavorful and easy recipe that will make the perfect side for your next backyard BBQ. Their seasonings are full of spice, and bring all of our dishes to life!

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Tony Chachere's Original Creole Seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 4 husks of corn on the cob
  • 1 tbsp butter for topping


  1. Begin by mixing the olive oil and seasonings in a small bowl.

  2. Clean the corn, but leave the husks on.

  3. Pour olive oil mixture over the corn. Be sure to get all sides of the corn.

  4. Put in the refridgerator for 1-2 hours. Be sure to mix it every 30 minutes or so.

  5. Grill the corn on high for about ten minutes, until a little charred.

  6. Top with additional butter. Serve with your favorite BBQ items!
