Low Carb Pumpkin Waffles

These low carb  pumpkin waffles are a perfect fall treat for those living a keto lifestyle!

  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp stevia brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 eggs


  1. Begin by mixing together all of the dry ingredients.

  2. Add the eggs and mix well.

  3. Slowly add in vegetable oil and heavy cream.

  4. At this point, the mixture should be of pancake batter consistency. Add heavy cream or a little more flour to adjust.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes in your waffle maker, or until browned.

  6. Enjoy with sugar free syrup and butter!
