  • 1 package frozen meatballs
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp minced garlic

  1. Begin by cooking the frozen meatballs according to the package. If they're raw meatballs, we like to bake them in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes, or until they're 160 degrees internally.

  2. Put cooked meatballs aside.

  3. In a small sauce pan, melt butter. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 45 seconds to a minute).

  4. Add heavy cream and put heat to medium.

  5. Once the heavy cream begins bubbling, slowly add in your cheese while stirring consistently.

  6. Add cheese until it's thick like alfredo.

  7. Put your meatballs in a casserole dish and top with your cheese sauce.

  8. Top with additional cheese and the parsley, garlic powder, and red pepper.

  9. Bake for ten minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
